Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Project Manager, Service Delivery.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage client-facing projects within a benefits administration environment
• Drive projects related to client onboarding, service delivery enhancements, and annual enrollment execution
• Develop and maintain detailed client-facing project plans and communicate project status to stakeholders

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; advanced degree preferred
• 5-10 years of experience with benefits administration products in a client-facing environment
• 2-5 years of direct project management experience with complex, client-facing initiatives
• Strong understanding of service delivery models and annual enrollment cycles
• Proficiency with Smartsheet and related project management tools
