Senior Project Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Project Manager I to oversee project delivery and team management.

Key Responsibilities

• Own the successful delivery of all assigned projects, managing cross-functional work streams
• Document project scope, create and manage project plans, and track project progress
• Assemble and direct project teams, resolve conflicts, and ensure timely project completion within budget

Required Qualifications

• 3-5 years of project management experience or similar, with successful management of major projects
• Experience in non-IS business functions
• Ability to manage multiple priorities effectively
• Experience in a matrixed organization is preferred
• Familiarity with healthcare, PBM, or pharmacy is a plus
