Senior Project Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Sr. Project Manager II to manage projects within a large team supporting a major pharmacy benefit manager.

Key Responsibilities

• Own the successful delivery of all assigned projects, managing cross-functional work stream owners
• Document project scope, manage project plans, issue logs, and lessons learned
• Direct the team, resolve conflicts, and ensure projects are completed on time and within budget

Required Qualifications

• 5-7 years of project management or similar experience
• Background in successfully managing major projects with at least one implementation in a non-IS business function
• Experience working in a matrixed organization is preferred
• Familiarity with healthcare, PBM, or pharmacy sectors is advantageous
• Experience with Smartsheet is a plus
