Senior Project Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Client Services Senior Project Manager to lead client relationships through effective project management.

Key Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary liaison with key client representatives, managing service delivery for assigned projects
• Drive client satisfaction by coordinating and communicating client deliverables effectively
• Provide high-level consultative input and oversee project budgets and financial status

Required Qualifications

• At least 4 years of experience in project management within the eDiscovery or litigation support industry
• Demonstrated leadership and staff development skills
• Proven ability to manage multiple simultaneous projects successfully
• A bachelor's degree or equivalent industry experience; a JD or MBA is a plus
• Minimum of 4 years of consulting, litigation support, or paralegal experience in a law firm or corporate legal department
