Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Project Manager.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify, plan, and manage scope, resources, schedule, budget, and risk for large complex projects
• Lead the development of project proposals, charters, schedules, and risk analysis while tracking actual results
• Mentor and act as a resource to other Project Managers, ensuring effective communication and stakeholder engagement

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration or related field, or equivalent experience
• 4+ years of experience leading large complex projects
• 4+ years of experience with standard project management methodologies and tools
• Demonstrated ability to drive results and elicit cooperation from senior management and other departments
• Proven ability to identify and gather necessary resources to complete projects effectively
