Required Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years of personal lines insurance experience, ideally with a focus on strategy and analytics
• Exceptional analytical and critical thinking skills
• History of building relationships across teams to define impacts of new initiatives
• Proven track record of driving alignment across multiple stakeholder groups
• Experience in fast-paced environments is a plus
