Senior Project Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Project Manager, Contact Center to lead complex Contact Center and Unified Communications solutions delivery.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage all project phases from requirements validation to formal project closeout
• Oversee project financial performance, including cost tracking and revenue recognition
• Lead cross-functional teams and act as the primary contact for stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional/military experience
• 7+ years of experience as a Senior Project Manager in technology implementation projects
• Experience with Contact Center and Unified Communications solutions
• Proven ability to manage project financials and controls
• PMP, Agile, or equivalent project management certification preferred
