Senior Project Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Program Manager to lead end-to-end technology implementation projects.

Key Responsibilities

• Define project scope, objectives, schedule, and resource plan while maintaining a detailed project plan
• Facilitate requirements-gathering workshops, manage scope changes, and coordinate system integration activities
• Serve as the primary point of contact for stakeholders, manage vendor relationships, and ensure successful go-live and transition to operations

Required Qualifications

• 5-8 years of project management experience delivering enterprise technology implementations
• Demonstrated ability to manage full system implementation lifecycles from requirements through go-live
• Experience leading UAT coordination and go-live authorization processes
• Proficiency with project management tools such as MS Project, Jira, or equivalent
• PMP certification or actively pursuing related certifications (PMI-ACP, PRINCE2, etc.)
