Job Summary

Senior Project Manager is a full-time position responsible for coordinating creative and marketing initiatives, ensuring project timelines are met, and facilitating collaboration across teams in a remote work environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Support cross-functional workstreams across Creative, Marketing, Product, Sales, and Web Development
• Track project status, keeping timelines, milestones, and deliverables updated
• Identify project risks, troubleshoot blockers, and recommend solutions

Required Qualifications

• 2-4 years of experience in project management, creative operations, or marketing coordination
• Exposure to Creative and Marketing team workflows such as lifecycle marketing and content production
• Experience managing cross-functional projects with multiple stakeholders
• Proficiency in project management tools like Asana, Jira, or Monday.com
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
