Key Responsibilities

• Provide financial reporting for the Real Estate and Finance Teams
• Build relationships and collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Accounting & Finance

Required Qualifications

• 5-10 years of relevant experience with a track record of independent work
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience; advanced degree or certifications preferred
• Proficient in Google Sheets or Excel for financial analysis
• Experience in creating Google Slides presentations with financial data
• In-depth knowledge of best practices in financial reporting and operations
