Senior Project Manager

Job Summary

Senior Project Manager, responsible for managing complex brand and marketing initiatives in a regulated environment, this is a full-time, 12+ month remote contract position requiring candidates to work eastern hours.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and manage detailed project plans, timelines, and resource allocations across multiple initiatives
• Coordinate cross-functional teams and facilitate project meetings to ensure alignment and accountability
• Prepare regular project status updates and monitor project milestones for adoption tracking

Qualifications:

• 10+ years of experience in project or program management for large scale brand or marketing initiatives
• Prior experience in life sciences, med tech, or pharma industries is strongly preferred
• Proficiency with project management tools such as Asana, Workfront, or Microsoft Project
• Strong experience in resource planning and workload management
• PMP certification or equivalent is a plus
