Senior Project Manager, responsible for leading Backbase digital banking platform initiatives for credit unions in a full-time hybrid role that combines strategic oversight and agile execution.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead large-scale Backbase implementations within the credit union sector
• Bridge the gap between executive strategy and agile execution across various operational lenses
• Manage program governance and execution while defining product vision and requirements

Required Qualifications

• 10+ years of technology leadership in financial services, with at least 5 years in digital banking
• Direct experience in credit unions or community banking environments
• Proven track record with Backbase digital platform implementations
• Ability to perform business analysis and manage high-level program governance
• Expertise in Agile methodologies such as Scrum, Kanban, and SAFe
