Job Summary

Senior Project Manager, responsible for managing a large healthcare cost recovery program on a fully remote, 2-year contract basis, requiring strong clinical and operational judgment and independent execution of project tasks.

Key Responsibilities

• Establish and manage the program structure, including scope, methodology, and governance
• Lead a cross-functional team and manage project financials while executing work independently
• Analyze clinical and operational data to provide insights and recommendations for cost recovery execution

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree is required
• Experience in project management as an individual contributor
• Familiarity with ICD 10, CPT codes, and/or Epic
• Proficient in data analysis tools such as Excel, PowerBI, and Tableau
• Ability to produce concise, executive-ready documentation and artifacts
