Senior Project Manager

Job Summary

Working remotely, the full-time Senior Technical Project Manager will analyze departmental demand and capacity forecasts, maintain high-quality data for resource alignment, and lead annual planning processes to ensure effective business execution.

Key responsibilities:

• Analyze and report on departmental demand/capacity forecasts and portfolio performance using AI-enabled analytics
• Maintain accurate funding allocations and financial tracking structures across strategies and initiatives
• Facilitate monthly portfolio reviews to drive transparency and ensure alignment with business priorities

Required qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree
• 5+ years of experience in financial and workforce planning/management
• 5+ years of experience automating operational reporting using low-code/no-code tools
• 5+ years of Advanced Excel proficiency for large data sets
• 3+ years of experience with time reporting and labor chargeback concepts
