Senior Project Manager

Job Summary

Leading a multi-phase, three-year program focused on enhancing enterprise security, the remote Senior Project Manager will oversee strategic cybersecurity initiatives, manage multiple projects related to Identity Access Management, and coordinate communication between technical and business teams.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead a large-scale IAM program and manage multiple cybersecurity initiatives simultaneously
• Develop and maintain detailed project plans, schedules, and budgets while ensuring timely project delivery
• Act as a liaison between technical teams and business stakeholders, facilitating discussions to gather requirements and document information clearly

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Technology, Cybersecurity, or a related field preferred
• 8-15 years of project management experience, with a focus on enterprise-level initiatives
• Experience leading cybersecurity or security-related projects preferred
• Familiarity with IAM, MFA, DLP, compliance, and access security concepts strongly preferred
• PMP certification strongly preferred; other project management or security-related certifications are a plus
