Job Summary

Driving large-scale transformation efforts, the full-time Senior Project Manager will manage complex initiatives within a financial services enterprise, focusing on systems integration, data migration, and enterprise change while collaborating with business leaders and technology stakeholders remotely.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage end-to-end project execution across multiple complex initiatives, ensuring alignment and accountability among stakeholders
• Drive large-scale enterprise programs, including system migrations and business transformations, while developing and managing detailed project plans
• Maintain strong communication with executive stakeholders, providing transparent updates on project status, risks, and dependencies

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
• 6 or more years of project management experience, preferably within financial services or a regulated environment
• Proven experience leading IT systems migrations, data migration initiatives, and large cross-functional transformation programs
• Strong experience with enterprise-scale programs and complex stakeholder environments
• Proficiency with project management tools and the Microsoft suite
