Senior Project Manager

Job Summary

To drive strategic initiatives to completion, the full-time remote Senior Project Manager will build out a PMO, manage simultaneous customer projects, and ensure timely delivery while collaborating across various departments.

Key responsibilities:

• Lead high-impact projects across multiple functions, ensuring alignment with company objectives and timely delivery
• Provide strategic support and updates to the Leadership Team and stakeholders on complex projects
• Optimize internal processes and workflows to enhance organizational efficiency and support companywide initiatives

Required qualifications:

• Minimum of 10 years of project management experience in ecommerce or software/service industries
• Recognized project management qualification preferred
• Experience in building out a PMO and implementing best practices in project management
• Proficient in project management reporting tools, such as projectmanager.com
• Self-starter with a proactive approach to project ownership and accountability
