Senior Project Manager

Job Summary

To support global Quality Control technology implementation initiatives in a regulated biotech/pharma environment, the remote contract Senior Project Manager will manage complex, cross-functional projects, coordinating activities across multiple workstreams while ensuring adherence to defined scope, quality, timeline, and cost expectations.

Key responsibilities

• Manage the integrated project plan for QC technology implementation activities across global and site-level workstreams
• Facilitate routine project meetings and cross-functional working sessions to drive alignment among stakeholders
• Prepare executive-level status updates and decision options for sponsors and stakeholders

Required qualifications

• Proven experience in global project/program management for complex technology implementations
• Strong knowledge of Quality Control and GMP operations in the biotech or pharma industry
• Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional teams and communicate effectively with executive stakeholders
• Familiarity with project documentation tools such as MS Project, Excel, and Smartsheet
• Experience with business process development, change management, and regulatory readiness activities
