Senior Project Manager

Job Summary

Leading Agile delivery teams, the full-time Senior Project Manager will oversee programmatic, financial, and personnel aspects of software development initiatives for a Federal Government customer while working remotely.

Key responsibilities

• Serve as the primary liaison between government clients and internal teams, ensuring effective communication and service delivery
• Lead complex Agile development efforts, defining project scope, phases, and deliverables
• Monitor project assignments and timelines, preparing weekly status updates and monthly reports on project performance

Required qualifications

• Minimum of 10 years of experience managing large-scale, complex IT projects
• Demonstrated experience managing Agile software development teams
• Hands-on experience with Jira and Confluence
• Ability to obtain and maintain a U.S. Public Trust clearance
• Prior experience supporting federal government contracts is preferred
