Senior Project Manager

Job Summary

Managing project activities remotely on a contract basis, the Senior Project Manager will coordinate planning, organization, and communication among stakeholders while overseeing vendor contracts and ensuring compliance with project scope, budget, and schedule.

Key responsibilities:

• Coordinate and organize project activities while interfacing with end users, vendors, and project staff
• Manage project risks, issues, budget, and schedule, providing status reports to business sponsors and management
• Ensure adherence to CHFS-OATS system design life cycle (SDLC) processes and oversee vendor deliverables for compliance

Required qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of recent, relevant work experience
• PMP Certification
• Minimum of 10 years of project management experience, particularly in IT projects within the public health domain
• Proficiency in Microsoft Product Suites, including Project and PMI methodologies
• Demonstrated ability to lead small to large project teams and manage vendor contracts for large-scale IT projects
