Senior Project Manager

Job Summary

Managing the entire implementation lifecycle, the remote Senior Implementation Project Manager will lead client-facing projects for mid-market to enterprise clients, ensuring high-quality solutions are delivered on time while coordinating cross-functional teams and maintaining strong client relationships.

Key responsibilities:

• Lead and manage the end-to-end implementation of client projects, ensuring timely completion of all tasks
• Create and maintain project plans, delivering clear updates on project progress during client presentations
• Collaborate with clients to document requirements and provide training on product features and best practices

Required qualifications:

• 3+ years of experience in leading client-facing implementation projects, preferably in health insurance or health tech
• Proficiency with project management and collaboration tools such as Salesforce, Slack, and Asana/Smartsheet
• Strong communication skills, with a proven ability to build relationships with clients and internal teams
• Knowledge of medical claims processing and/or Electronic Data Interchange (EDI) is a plus
• A proactive approach to problem-solving and a willingness to contribute to team success
