Senior Project Manager

Job Summary

Fully remote, the full-time Senior Project Manager will maintain project ownership for market research projects from commissioning to invoice, manage stakeholder expectations, and build professional relationships with clients while ensuring project tasks are completed efficiently.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee the delivery of market research projects, ensuring high-quality service and timely completion of tasks
• Proactively troubleshoot project challenges and communicate updates to stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle
• Collaborate with Sales to drive revenue growth through client relationship development and mentoring junior staff

Required qualifications

• At least 4 years of recent experience in quantitative online and digital market research
• Competence in research and survey design, sampling, and consultation
• Ability to manage complex project budgets and timelines
• Experience in building effective client relationships and providing guidance on products and services
• Capability to mentor junior staff and assist in their professional growth
