Senior Project Manager

Job Summary

Leading the delivery of client engagements from kickoff through launch, the full-time remote Senior Project Manager will manage timelines, scope, budgets, and stakeholder communication across multiple projects, ensuring alignment between clients and internal teams.

Key Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end delivery of client engagements, including scope, schedule, budget, and quality
• Partner with clients and internal leads to define goals, deliverables, and success criteria
• Build and maintain project plans, RAID logs, and status reporting to keep stakeholders informed and aligned

Required Qualifications

• 5+ years managing software, design, or digital product projects in an agency or consultancy setting
• Proven track record of delivering complex, multi-stakeholder engagements on time and on budget
• Deep experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies and adaptable to hybrid waterfall approaches
• Proficiency with project management tools such as Linear or Jira, and familiarity with Notion, Slack, and Google Workspace
• PMP, CSM, or equivalent certification is a plus but not required
