Senior Project Manager

Job Summary

Driving internal projects of varying complexities, the full-time remote Senior Project Manager will manage project execution, mentor team performance, and communicate project milestones to meet organizational goals.

Key responsibilities:

• Guides and evaluates internal project team performance within established guidelines
• Creates and executes project plans, adjusting as necessary to meet changing requirements
• Plans and schedules project timelines and milestones using standard project management tools

Required qualifications:

• 5-7 years of project management experience
• Experience managing multiple concurrent projects with varying complexity
• Bachelor's degree or MBA in healthcare or a relevant field preferred
• PMP certification or equivalent experience is preferred
• High School diploma or equivalent required
