Job Summary

Driving the execution of critical strategic initiatives, the full-time Senior Project Manager will manage complex, cross-functional projects lasting 1-2 quarters while coordinating with stakeholders to ensure timely and high-quality outcomes in a remote environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Execute strategic initiatives aligned with CEO and Executive Team priorities across multiple functions
• Design and maintain project management infrastructure, including detailed plans, status reporting, and risk tracking
• Coordinate with stakeholders to drive project success, ensuring clear ownership and accountability

Required Qualifications

• 8+ years of project/program management experience
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
• Proven track record of managing complex, cross-functional initiatives at the company level
• Experience working with senior stakeholders, including VPs and above
• Strong analytical skills and excellence in project infrastructure creation
