Senior Project Manager

Job Summary

Supporting major CPG brands, the freelance Senior Project Manager will lead day-to-day business, drive timelines, and coordinate cross-functional teams while working remotely within the ET/CT time zones.

Key responsibilities:

• Lead projects with a strong focus on client communication and polished day-to-day project leadership
• Manage timelines, deliverables, priorities, and expectations across multiple stakeholders and workstreams
• Apply strategic thinking and risk management to proactively identify challenges and recommend solutions

Required qualifications:

• Agency project management experience within CPG, shopper marketing, and retail media
• BA degree in advertising, marketing, business, or a related field
• At least 5+ years of marketing or advertising experience, ideally within an agency environment
• Demonstrated strength in strategic thinking and managing Shopper Marketing programs
• Advanced computer proficiency, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
