Senior Project Manager

Job Summary

Leading project teams, the full-time remote Senior Project Manager will develop project plans, coordinate activities, and ensure successful implementation of complex projects while mentoring staff and managing resources effectively.

Key responsibilities:

• Develops project plans, goals, and objectives in collaboration with project and department leadership
• Communicates progress and needs across departments to maximize information sharing and collaboration
• Assures the successful implementation of changes to support the service delivery model

Required qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree
• Minimum of 5 years of relevant work experience
• Advanced project management skills, including planning and resource management
• Experience in financial processes and budget management
• Proven ability to mentor and coach team members
