Senior Project Manager

Job Summary

Working remotely in a full-time capacity, the two-year Senior Project Manager will oversee multiple high-impact projects, including records management and technology updates, while collaborating across internal departments and managing vendor relationships.

Key responsibilities

• Develop detailed project plans, including scope, timelines, and risk management strategies
• Track project deliverables, prioritize tasks, and manage stakeholder communications to ensure project progress
• Support change management efforts by developing communication plans and coordinating training for staff

Required qualifications

• 7+ years of experience in a related Project Management position
• Certification or training in project management, such as PMP or CSM
• Experience with hybrid and agile tech implementation projects
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and standard business technology
