Job Summary

Leading multiple Revenue Cycle Management projects remotely, the full-time Senior Project Manager will drive complex initiatives, ensure alignment with organizational goals, and manage risks to deliver successful outcomes.

Key responsibilities

• Manage and lead multiple RCM-focused projects simultaneously while aligning with business goals
• Develop and maintain comprehensive project plans, including timelines and resource allocation
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely delivery of project outcomes

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; equivalent experience will be considered in lieu of a degree
• Minimum of 5-7 years of project management experience, preferably in the Revenue Cycle Management industry
• Demonstrated experience leading cross-functional teams and managing multiple projects concurrently
• Strong understanding of project management methodologies and best practices
