Senior Project Manager

Job Summary

To oversee a critical vendor engagement supporting Automation for New Business and Endorsement work, the remote contract Senior Project Manager will manage cross-functional coordination, stakeholder communication, and vendor oversight while ensuring timely delivery and alignment of project roadmaps.

Key responsibilities

• Act as liaison between vendor and teams, facilitating meetings and communication channels
• Provide clear status updates, risks, and insights to IT Director and stakeholders
• Ensure vendor deliverables meet standards and resolve project roadblocks

Required qualifications

• Strong background managing complex IT projects with vendor/third-party integrations
• Proven ability to lead distributed teams in Agile environments
• Deep understanding of SDLC and Agile methodologies
• Knowledge of cybersecurity best practices in project execution
• Proficiency with JIRA and Microsoft Office Suite
