Senior Project Manager

Job Summary

Leading complex projects end to end, the full-time Senior Project Manager will ensure high-quality delivery while balancing timelines, costs, and client expectations, driving continuous improvements and optimizing processes in a collaborative environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage project financials, including budgets and invoicing, while delivering projects that meet client expectations
• Lead a team of Localization Leads/Engineers and coordinate work across internal and external teams
• Conduct risk assessments and develop mitigation plans to minimize potential project issues

Required Qualifications

• University degree in IT, business, or management-related fields
• 5+ years of experience in Project Management with a focus on leading internal teams and engaging with enterprise customers
• Excellent verbal and written proficiency in English
• PMI and/or Lean Six Sigma certification is a plus
• Proactive problem-solving abilities and strong organizational skills
