Senior Project Manager

Job Summary

Driving complex initiatives, the full-time remote Senior Project Manager will independently own project success, collaborating closely with the Client Success team to ensure seamless implementations and long-term value creation for clients.

Key responsibilities

• Independently assess client needs and architect comprehensive project plans for successful delivery
• Engage regularly with Client Success Managers to position them as primary relationship managers during client interactions
• Manage interconnected workstreams and navigate multi-layered dependencies to ensure project alignment with expected ROI

Required qualifications

• Active Project Management certification (e.g., PMP or equivalent)
• Proven track record of cross-functional collaboration with client-facing or account management teams
• Exceptional proficiency in project management software (Excel, MS Project, Asana, or similar)
• Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to influence stakeholders
• Detail-oriented with a focus on maintaining project timelines, resources, and deliverables
