Job Summary

Managing the full lifecycle of complex market research projects, the full-time Senior Project Manager will oversee project execution from scoping to delivery while providing exceptional client service and ensuring methodological rigor in a remote environment.

Key responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end project ownership, ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and quality throughout the project lifecycle
• Provide exceptional client service and maintain strong relationships by offering strategic recommendations and meeting objectives
• Apply advanced knowledge of quantitative and qualitative methodologies to design and execute projects according to industry best practices

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience
• Five or more years of market research experience, particularly in project management or operations
• Solid understanding of market research principles, methodologies, and best practices
• Proven track record of leading and managing complex projects with a results-driven approach
• Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment
