Job Summary

Leading complex, cross-functional initiatives, the full-time Senior Project Manager will manage high-impact projects from initiation to delivery, ensuring stakeholder alignment and successful business outcomes in a remote environment.

Key responsibilities

• Directly manage high-impact projects and develop detailed project plans, schedules, and milestones
• Oversee governance processes, enforce project management standards, and provide clear project-level reporting
• Lead change management strategies and coordinate cross-functional initiatives to drive organizational adoption

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business, project management, technology, engineering, or a related field
• 10+ years of progressive experience in project and program management, including enterprise-level initiatives
• 5+ years of experience delivering complex technology projects
• Demonstrated ability to lead complex, cross-functional efforts with executive visibility
• Proven experience in change management and influencing without authority
