Senior Project Manager

Job Summary

Managing complex projects from inception to conclusion, the full-time Senior Project Manager will coordinate between internal stakeholders and external consultants for Pennsylvania DHS HealthChoices procurements while working remotely.

Key responsibilities

• Lead the HealthChoices RFP process by assembling and managing multidisciplinary technical review and proposal development teams
• Facilitate troubleshooting and problem-solving for complex system development and project coordination
• Provide technical and management advice to department management and assist in developing departmental plans and objectives

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree required
• Minimum of 4 years of experience managing people, processes, or projects
• Demonstrated experience using AI tools to enhance project management and RFP writing workflows
• Strong computer literacy and teamwork skills
