Senior Project Manager

Job Summary

To lead complex Student Information System (SIS) implementations, the full-time remote Senior Project Manager will manage timelines, deliverables, and stakeholder relationships while guiding community college leaders through organizational change.

Key responsibilities

• Own timelines, deliverables, budgets, and outcomes across multiple complex implementations
• Serve as the primary strategic advisor to executive stakeholders throughout the implementation lifecycle
• Guide institutional leaders through complex decisions by balancing operational needs, technical capabilities, and long-term organizational goals

Required qualifications

• 7+ years of project management experience in SaaS, enterprise software, or technology environments
• Proven success managing complex software implementations with multiple stakeholder groups
• Advanced knowledge of project management tools and technical implementation processes
• Experience working directly with executive-level stakeholders and guiding strategic decision-making
• PMP, Scrum, or equivalent certification is strongly preferred
