Senior Project Manager

Job Summary

Leading critical program initiatives in support of enterprise healthcare modernization, the full-time Senior Project Manager will oversee multiple complex projects, manage cross-functional teams, and serve as the primary point of contact for government stakeholders in a remote setting.

Key responsibilities:

• Provide overall project leadership and management of scope, schedule, budget, and quality
• Serve as the key liaison with government stakeholders, ensuring clear communication and alignment of project objectives
• Lead planning, execution, and monitoring of multiple, concurrent projects within the program

Required qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Technology, or related field (or equivalent experience)
• 10+ years of experience managing large-scale IT programs and projects, preferably in federal government or healthcare environments
• Strong understanding of project management methodologies (Agile, SAFe, and traditional waterfall)
• Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams and deliver high-quality outcomes under tight deadlines
• U.S. Citizenship and ability to obtain and maintain a Public Trust clearance
