Senior Project Manager

Job Summary

Driving the execution of a large-scale enterprise transformation program, the full-time Senior Project Manager will maintain detailed project plans, coordinate cross-functional activities, and facilitate governance routines in a hybrid work environment.

Key responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain detailed project plans, defining deliverables, timelines, and success criteria across multiple workstreams
• Coordinate cross-functional activities and ensure alignment among key stakeholders
• Manage project documentation and deliver structured status reporting for program governance

Required qualifications:

• 5+ years of project management experience, preferably in large-scale transformation or enterprise technology programs
• Demonstrated ability to manage complex project plans with multiple interdependent workstreams
• Experience facilitating governance routines and executive-level reporting
• Advanced proficiency in project management tools such as Microsoft Project, Smartsheet, Asana, or Jira
• Experience with Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid project management methodologies
