Job Summary

Leading and developing a team of Project Managers, the full-time Senior Project Manager will oversee complex material handling and automation projects, focusing on resource planning, financial reviews, and process improvement, with options for remote work.

Key responsibilities

• Lead, mentor, and support Project Managers in their daily operations
• Strategically allocate project resources based on business needs and team strengths
• Analyze project feedback and performance metrics to drive continuous improvement initiatives

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in a related field; PMP certification is a plus
• 4 to 7+ years of Project Management experience, including team leadership
• Experience in material handling, automation, or related industries
• Proficiency in Project Management software and financial reporting tools
• Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
