Senior Project Manager

Job Summary

Leading large-scale material handling and automation projects, the full-time Senior Project Manager will coordinate all phases of the project lifecycle, manage customer communication, and drive project execution strategies, working remotely or onsite in Franklin, TN.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate all phases of the project lifecycle including initiation, planning, execution, and closeout
• Develop and maintain detailed project schedules using Microsoft Project, ensuring alignment to scope and resource allocation
• Provide leadership and direction to cross-functional teams, fostering collaboration and accountability throughout the project

Required qualifications

• 10+ years of Project Management experience in material handling, automation, or related industries
• Experience managing large-scale automation or material handling projects valued at $70M+
• PMP certification preferred
• Proficiency in the Microsoft Office environment, including Microsoft Project
• Strong leadership skills with a focus on driving successful project outcomes and customer relationships
