Senior Project Manager

Job Summary

To advance strategic initiatives in Care Delivery, the full-time remote Senior Project Manager will lead complex projects from planning through execution, collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure high-quality care delivery and measurable outcomes.

Key responsibilities

• Lead cross-functional projects, managing timelines, milestones, and stakeholder alignment from initiation to post-launch stabilization
• Facilitate collaboration among clinical, operations, product, and technology teams, ensuring clear communication and structured decision-making throughout the project lifecycle
• Support the development and standardization of project management processes, tracking project health and identifying opportunities for improvement

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required
• 5+ years of project management experience, with 3+ years in healthcare or a related setting
• Proven ability to manage complex, cross-functional projects in a fast-paced environment
• Strong skills in project planning, execution, risk management, and stakeholder management
• Experience facilitating meetings and presenting updates to diverse stakeholder groups
