Job Summary

Leading multiple complex initiatives remotely, the full-time Senior Project Manager will manage diverse project types across a national and global commercial real estate portfolio while serving as the primary client contact and trusted advisor.

Key responsibilities

• Drive efficiency and consistency across concurrent projects, developing tailored strategies and standardized processes for high-quality outcomes
• Manage relationships with diverse stakeholders, facilitating communication and alignment among internal teams and client executives
• Lead project teams by fostering a collaborative environment that encourages continuous learning and professional development

Required qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in real estate, project, or program management, with a proven ability to manage multiple complex projects simultaneously
• Experience throughout the full real estate lifecycle, including planning, design, construction, and occupancy
• Demonstrated success in communicating with C-suite executives and managing diverse stakeholder groups
• Bachelor's degree in architecture, construction management, business management, finance, or engineering; advanced degrees preferred
• Proficiency in project scheduling, budget management, and advanced data analysis tools
