Senior Project Manager

Job Summary

Leading complex, cross-functional initiatives, the full-time Senior Project Manager will manage the planning, execution, and delivery of strategic product launches in a remote environment, collaborating with Product, Marketing, Sales, and other teams to ensure successful go-to-market execution.

Key responsibilities

• Lead cross-functional project teams to deliver critical product launches on time and within scope
• Develop and manage detailed project plans, schedules, and budgets while mitigating risks and dependencies
• Communicate project status, milestones, and outcomes effectively to senior leadership and stakeholders

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Project Management, or related field (PMP or equivalent certification preferred)
• 8+ years of progressive project management experience with significant involvement in product launches
• Proven expertise in go-to-market execution across product, marketing, and sales functions
• Strong leadership and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence at all organizational levels
• Comfort with AI tools for project management, including stakeholder synthesis and risk management
