Job Summary

Leading complex Student Information System (SIS) implementations, the full-time Senior Project Manager will manage timelines, deliverables, and budgets while serving as a strategic advisor to executive stakeholders in a remote environment.

Key responsibilities

• Own project timelines, deliverables, and outcomes across multiple implementations while ensuring client satisfaction
• Build and maintain trusted relationships with senior college administrators and guide them through complex decision-making processes
• Anticipate risks and manage project scope, change requests, and risk mitigation strategies to ensure successful project outcomes

Required qualifications

• 7+ years of project management experience in SaaS, enterprise software, or technology environments
• Proven success in managing complex software implementations with multiple stakeholders
• Experience working directly with executive-level stakeholders and guiding strategic decision-making
• Advanced knowledge of project management tools and technical implementation processes
• PMP, Scrum, or equivalent certification is strongly preferred
