Senior Project Manager

Job Summary

Leading the execution of EPC and Design Build projects, the full-time Senior Project Manager will manage construction projects valued at $5M+, ensure compliance with safety standards, and maintain effective communication with clients and subcontractors, with opportunities for remote work.

Key responsibilities

• Manage full lifecycle execution of construction projects, including oversight of pre-construction services and commissioning activities
• Enforce site-specific safety plans and ensure compliance with OSHA and WISHA safety requirements
• Develop and manage project budgets, cash flow forecasts, and ongoing cost control strategies

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management, Architecture, or a related field, or equivalent experience
• Minimum of 7 years of experience in Project or Construction Management
• Proven history of successfully leading multi-million dollar construction projects
• Strong understanding of building systems including HVAC, lighting, and renewables
• Valid driver's license in good standing issued by the employee's state of residence
