Senior Project Manager

Job Summary

Supporting business processes for Revenue Cycle operations, the full-time Senior Project Manager will manage data analysis for process improvement, lead strategic meetings, and collaborate with market leaders on presentations to Executive Leadership in a remote capacity.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct data analysis to identify and implement process improvements within Revenue Cycle operations
• Facilitate and lead strategic and operational meetings across various markets
• Collaborate with market leaders to develop presentations for Executive Leadership

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Healthcare or Business Administration or equivalent experience
• Training in project management, change management, and process improvement methodologies
• 5 years of project management experience with complex projects using PM methodologies
• 5 years of experience in presentation and facilitation to senior management and stakeholders
