Senior Project Manager

Job Summary

To support business processes that meet strategic and operational objectives of Revenue Cycle operations, the full-time Senior Project Manager will manage data analysis for process improvement, lead strategic meetings, and collaborate with market leaders on presentations to Executive Leadership in a remote setting.

Key responsibilities

• Manage data analysis initiatives to identify and implement process improvements
• Lead and facilitate strategic and operational meetings across various markets
• Collaborate with market leaders to develop presentations for Executive Leadership

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Healthcare or Business Administration or equivalent experience
• Training in project management, change management, and process improvement methodologies (e.g., PMP/PMI, Agile, Six Sigma)
• 5 years of project management experience managing complex projects and programs
• 5 years of experience in presentation and facilitation to senior and executive management
