Senior Project Manager

Job Summary

Owning the end-to-end delivery of complex, cross-functional initiatives, the fully remote Senior Project Manager will manage AI platform deployments, healthcare system integrations, and enterprise client onboardings while ensuring stakeholder alignment and project quality.

Key responsibilities:

• Own project management for multi-track initiatives including AI platform deployments and healthcare system integrations
• Define and maintain comprehensive project plans, timelines, and risk registers across concurrent workstreams
• Partner with Product, Engineering, and Customer Success teams to align priorities and drive resolution of project blockers

Required qualifications:

• 5+ years of project management experience, with at least 3 years in healthcare IT or health technology environments
• Demonstrated experience managing complex, cross-functional projects with multiple stakeholders
• Deep familiarity with healthcare workflows and compliance requirements (e.g., HIPAA, HL7/FHIR)
• Proficiency with project management tools such as Jira or Asana
• Bachelor's degree in Healthcare Administration, Business, Information Systems, or a related field, or equivalent experience
