Senior Project Manager

Job Summary

Focused on managing the delivery of Oracle NetSuite Professional Services implementations, the full-time Senior Project Manager will oversee multiple concurrent projects within the Social Impact practice, ensuring adherence to scope, time, and budget while maximizing customer satisfaction.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver 5+ concurrent projects using the defined NetSuite delivery methodology
• Plan, manage, and communicate the progress of projects, achieving milestones and maintaining momentum
• Identify and mitigate risks while facilitating resolution of issues and roadblocks

Required qualifications

• At least 3+ years of experience in systems applications Project/Program Management
• Strong client management skills with a history of building relationships
• Experience with ERP and CRM applications, preferably including NetSuite
• Formal Project Management methodology training; PMP certification is a plus
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple competing priorities in a fast-paced environment
