Senior Project Manager

Job Summary

Leading complex, high-priority projects, the remote contract Senior Project Manager will develop comprehensive project plans, monitor progress, and communicate status to stakeholders while ensuring delivery within scope, quality, timeline, and budget requirements.

Key responsibilities

• Identify critical path activities and assess schedule risks and constraints to recommend solutions
• Engage with management and stakeholders to provide project updates and escalate issues as needed
• Coordinate and direct the work of project team members, ensuring clear documentation of objectives and deliverables

Required qualifications

• Experience in leading large-scale, cross-functional projects
• Strong knowledge of project management principles, methodologies, and processes
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and Smartsheet
• Experience in stakeholder management and effective communication
• Pharmaceutical industry experience preferred
